We only ship to US customers, no exceptions. Shipping is done via FedEx 2 business day service, once your order is fulfilled. There is no storefront or location to pick up products once purchased. Please do not contact us asking to pick up research products in person.
Our typical lead time to manufacture/process your order is 1-3 business days, only after your order is paid for. Products are shipped based on current stock in our laboratory. Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond the control of PepGenix LLC. This includes but not limited to postal delays, weather conditions, and high seasonal volumes. Flat rate shipping is $20 for all retail orders. Shipping costs for wholesale deals vary depending on order size. Shipping fee for a wholesale deal will be discussed and agreed upon prior to closing the deal. Tracking information for all shipping is provided when your order fulfilled. You will receive an email from PepGenix LLC first, stating that the order has been fulfilled. Fedex will then email you shortly after with your tracking information. We are not responsible for packages once FedEx has them in their possession, and are not obligated to send you another order for free. If a package is delayed, lost or damaged, Fedex needs to be contacted as their are responsible for the handling and delivery as expected.
We manufacture and/or ship products during normal business hours, which are 8am-6pm Monday-Friday.
